Cuban Rum Collins recipe
1 tsp sugar
1/4oz lime juice
2oz soda water
1 1/2 oz light dry rum (you can use silver Havana Club)
1 slice of lime
In a tall glass of 8oz, dissolve 1 tsp sugar and 1/4 oz lime juice.
Add 1 1/2oz light dry rum and fill with 2oz soda water. Garnish with
a slice of lime.
