Cuban-Hawaaiin Cooking

 

Platino Havana

2 oz Matusalem Platino rum

2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Ice cubes

Lemon twist

Pour rum into a tall glass filled with ice cubes; add pineapple and lemon juice; stir or shake well; garnish with a lemon twist.

 

site owner's note: the Matusalem brand of rum was established in 1872 in Santiago de Cuba.  The company went into disarray after the revolution, but was re-launched in 2002.
