Cuban Pina Colada recipe
2 oz. Coco (Coconut cream)
3 oz. white rum (Havana Club Silver Dry)
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 cup crushed ice
Garnish with:
2 pineapple wedges
2 maraschino cherries
Blend coconut, rum, pineapple juice and ice for half a minute. Serve
immediately in big glass goblets, and garnish with a pineapple wedge
and maraschino cherry.
Serves 2.
