Cuban Papaya Coffee Liqueur Shake
recipe (Batido de Papaya y Cafe)
2 ripe papayas, peeled, seeded, and diced
4 cups cold milk
4 tablespoons coffee liqueur
freshly ground nutmeg for garnish
Mix all of the ingredients except the nutmeg in a blender. Sprinkle
with nutmeg.
Serves 6-8.
