Cuban Merenguitos recipe - Meringue

3/4 cup of room temperature egg whites
2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add the first cup of sugar slowly,
then add the last cup of sugar alternating with the vinegar.
Drop mix onto waxed paper by the tablespoon. Bake at 275 for 30
minutes.
